At Footwear Outlet, we want to ensure your new shoes are a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or outer cardboard box.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and tape it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
